Getting Started
Welcome to ReviewDesk
What ReviewDesk does, what it connects to, and what you will have set up by the end of these docs
ReviewDesk pulls every App Store and Google Play review into one inbox, classifies sentiment and recurring topics automatically, and helps your team reply faster with AI-assisted drafts — manually, or through automation rules you control.
What you'll set up
- Connect your iOS apps with an App Store Connect API key
- Connect your Android apps with a Google Play service account
- Watch rating, volume, and sentiment across every app on the dashboard
- Triage and reply from the unified Reviews inbox
- Build auto-reply rules, scoped and graduated to your comfort level
- Invite teammates with per-app access
- Connect the MCP server to reply from Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT
- Configure AI models, tone and alert thresholds
Which stores are supported
ReviewDesk connects to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Both are read and replied to through the official store APIs, using credentials you supply and can revoke at any time.
What ReviewDesk will and will not do on its own
Nothing is posted to a store until you either press send yourself or create an automation rule that explicitly permits it. A fresh account has no rules, so it drafts nothing and sends nothing.
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never displayed back to you once saved. ReviewDesk reads reviews and posts replies — it does not change your app listing, pricing, or availability. See Security.
