Screenshot-to-reply

Paste a screenshot of a review and get a matched, confidence-scored draft back

Someone forwards you a screenshot of a bad review. Rather than searching the inbox for it, you can paste the image straight into an AI assistant connected to ReviewDesk and get a draft reply for that exact review.

How it works

  1. 01Paste a screenshot of the review into your connected AI assistant.
  2. 02The image is read for its text, author, rating, and app name.
  3. 03ReviewDesk matches that against the reviews it has already synced, and reports how confident the match is.
  4. 04A draft reply comes back for the matched review.
  5. 05You confirm, edit, or cancel. Nothing is posted until you confirm.

Match confidence

ConfidenceMeaning
HighA specific review was identified. The draft is written against the real review record.
MediumA likely match, worth checking the reviewer and rating before confirming.
LowA weak match. Verify before sending — it may be the wrong review.
GenericNo review matched. You get a draft based only on the screenshot text, and it cannot be posted to a store.

Limits

  • Images up to 8 MB
  • Legible text — a heavily cropped or low-resolution screenshot will match poorly
  • Counts against your daily AI generation limit, like any other draft
