Alerts
Alerts
Find out about a rating drop or a burst of negative reviews before it reaches a support ticket
Alerts watch your review stream for the patterns worth interrupting someone over. They appear in the in-app Alerts feed and, when enabled, arrive by email.
What raises an alert
| Alert | Fires when |
|---|---|
| Rating drop | An app’s average rating falls by more than your threshold against the previous period. |
| Negative surge | More than your threshold of negative reviews arrive inside the surge window. |
| Credential failure | A connected app’s store credentials stop working and syncing has halted. |
| Auto-send ceiling hit | Your organization reached the 500 auto-sends per 24 hours limit and further replies are being drafted instead. See Safety rails. |
Severity
An alert escalates to critical when the condition is well past its threshold — twice the configured drop for a rating fall, three times the count for a negative surge. Alerts are de-duplicated per app per day, so one ongoing problem does not fill the feed.
The alerts feed
The Alerts screen holds your most recent alerts, filterable by All, Unread, or Read. The sidebar carries an unread count, and alerts can be marked read individually or all at once.
Weekly digest
A scheduled summary email on a day and time you choose. Useful for the stakeholder who wants the trend without a seat in the inbox. Configure it alongside the thresholds in Alert settings.
