Settings

The four settings panels: account, AI models and tone, replies, and alerts

Settings is available to the organization owner and has four panels. Changes are saved explicitly — a bar at the bottom counts your unsaved changes and offers Discard or Save.

Account

  • Your sign-in email, shown read-only — contact support to change it
  • Change password, which signs you out of every other device
  • A danger zone holding Deactivate organization — see Security

AI

  • Primary model — used to draft replies
  • Fallback model — used automatically if the primary call fails, or None
  • Default tone, with a live sample reply for each option

Replies

Two things live here. The reply footer — the support email line and signature appended to replies, plus each app’s own support address (Reply footer). And auto replies — the automation rules themselves, along with the Pause all auto-replies switch (Automation rules).

Alerts

Thresholds, the surge window, the notification address, and the weekly digest schedule. See Alert settings.

Elsewhere

Two things you might expect in Settings are not there. MCP and API access has its own MCP & CLI entry in the sidebar — see MCP setup. Team management is its own screen — see Team management.
