Connect Your Apps
Bulk importing apps from CSV
Add many apps at once against store credentials you have already connected
If you manage dozens of apps, connecting them one at a time is tedious. CSV import adds up to 500 in a single upload.

Run the import

- 02Download the template if you want a correctly-headed starting file.

- 05If any rows failed, download the errors CSV, fix them, and re-upload just that file.
Common failures
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Unknown account | The account_name does not match a connected account. Check spelling and capitalisation. |
| No credentials for that account and platform | You have connected the account for one platform but not the other. Connect one app on the missing platform first. |
| Invalid app identifier | iOS must be numeric; Android must be reverse-DNS. |
| Duplicate app | That identifier is already connected under this account. |
| Too many rows | Split the file — the limit is 500 rows per upload. |
